Visitors can now submit forest preserve trail- and maintenance-related concerns using the Forest Preserve District Reporter app.

The feature is available to web users through the “Report a Concern” green button at the top right corner or bottom "Report" button of every web page when viewing on a personal computer; it's at the bottom of every web page when viewing on a mobile device. Clicking these buttons launches the app for a visitor to submit a concern, such as a downed tree or standing water on a preserve trail. The matter is then assigned to the appropriate Forest Preserve District department for service, and the visitor receives confirmation and a status report by email.
