Native Plant Sale 

We've changed our sale for 2020! Orders were due by May 17, and designated curbside pickups will be on June 5 & 6. There will be no tent sale. Please read carefully.

STEP 1     Fill out the order form one of two ways. There is a five-plant minimum                          order.
                  1. Print a copy and fill out by hand.
                  2. Fill it out on your computer. First, save this PDF to your computer. Then,                          click on a shaded box and start typing. Save it again before you print or                             email it. 

STEP 2    Submit your form by May 17.

STEP 3   Before May 31 you'll receive an invoice via email with steps on how to securely                       pay for your plants online.

STEP 4   On June 5 or June 6 (you choose which day) pick up your order at
                 Mayslake Peabody Estate at 1717 W. 31st St. in Oak Brook, during the                                         designated time slot based on the first letter of your last name. Pickups are                           curbside with limited person-to-person contact.

 A – H          9 a.m. – Noon I – P           12 – 3 p.m.  Q – Z             3 – 6 p.m.
