Help Launch More Kayaking Fun
Support the purchase of two ADA-accessible piers at Blackwell and Herrick Lake forest preserves for all ages and abilities to enjoy boating
Project Goal: $40,000 for two piers ($20,000/pier). $6,390.45 raised. 16% to goal
Help repair and refinish the Mayslake Hall central staircase, including woodwork on the staircase and balustrade and the installation of a period-appropriate runner
Project goal: $43,815. $14,142 raised. 32% to goal
Two donors will match the first $10,000 raised
The Friends welcomes gifts of any amount. You may choose to designate your gift to a particular education site, forest preserve, habitat restoration project or species-recovery program. Or your contribution can remain unrestricted, meaning it will support a cause where its needed most at the Forest Preserve District.
