The Forest Preserve District operates six education centers — Danada Equestrian Center, Fullersburg Woods Nature Education Center, Kline Creek Farm, Mayslake Peabody Estate, St. James Farm and Willowbrook Wildlife Center — at DuPage forest preserves, each with its own distinct exhibits featuring the county's natural and cultural history. Our education centers host scheduled programs for students, families and adults as well as activities for casual visitors.
The Urban Stream Research Center supports native freshwater mussels and endangered species conservation programs.
