“Spending time outside is good for you. Take a walk outside and you will feel nature’s benefits,” said DuPage Forest Preserve District President Daniel Hebreard. “DuPage forest preserves offer 26,000 acres and 166 miles of trails for you to explore.”

Hiking is a great way for people of all ages to spend time outdoors and be active, and the Forest Preserve District is excited to be a cosponsor of the Take a Hike! Challenge.
